This renovated ocean view home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open living, dining, and kitchen area, an ocean view deck, and a large fenced backyard with a fire pit. The beach is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Pacific Beach State Park.
This home comfortably accommodates 8 people, with a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom on the main floor and two Full and two Twin sized beds upstairs, but will sleep up to 10 people with use of the Queen sized sofa sleeper.

The ocean is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Mocrocks Beach south entrance.
This home comfortably accommodates 6 people with two Queen bedrooms on the ground floor and the primary King bedroom upstairs, but will sleep up to 8 people with use of the two Twin size roll away beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, fenced yard, Wi-Fi, & HEPA air purifiers in every bedroom & living room.
